Deluxe trailer details

  • 17-foot travel trailer

  • Sleeping accommodations for up to 4

  • Bunk beds for 2 small children, full bed sleeps two adults and converts to dinnette

  • Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower

  • Wardrobe closet and wrap-around overhead storage

  • Kitchen with two burner propane stove, sink and refrigerator with small freezer

  • AC and heat

  • Maxx air fan roof vent

  • 110 volt interior outlets and USB outlets

  • LED interior lights

  • Each trailer is stocked with kitchen wares like cups, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, pot and pan, oven mitts, hot water kettle, trash bags and more

  • Trailers also have a first aid kit, sleeping blanket, sheets, pillows, bath towels and toiletries

OUTDOOR AREA

The shade pergola at each rental site is the perfect escape from the sun and wind while still allowing you to remain outside in the beautiful desert. Just steps away from the trailer, have a cup of coffee and a morning snuggle with the kiddos as the sun rises, or gather and relax with friends and family in your own comfortable space after a long day on the trails.

RENTAL RULES

  • Parking for two vehicles and a toy

  • No pets

  • No smoking/vaping

  • Additional showers and bathrooms available at clubhouse (walking distance)

  • Laundry facilities available in clubhouse

  • Quiet hours 10pm-7am

  • Maximum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults/2 children
